We answer to problems with material processing such as dealing with special materials, bobbin retraction, multi axial bobbin retraction, and cutting machines in an irregular condition.
Metal and resin compound material slit
Cutting of aluminum and resin, copper and resin, or stainless steel and resin compound material is possible.
Bobbin retraction
Installation of a system that increases the winding shaft (the largest number of cutting parts) is possible.
Rubber and form material slit
Installation of a system that increases the winding shaft (the largest number of cutting parts) is possible.
Non barrier slit
We abide by the slit process rule that without limit reduces the residual stress on the area of material cut to close to 0.
When cutting the basic material with the cutter, residual stress occurs in the section. Clearance and lap size will be set according to the material.
Even if you try to limit the stress to the cut surface to the best possible level is very difficult to eliminate residual stress 100%.
When the state of a slit is poor cut material may bend or bad tendencies may form. The low cut slitter reduces residual stress from slit processing to as close to 0 as possible.
Without cutting the material which comes out of the cutter completely, leaving one part connected it uses a system that divides the pressure. It can take the cut out section largely while producing products with little residual pressure.
