Thin material slitter / A Model Slitter
The highly accurate small type slitter is optimum for foil less than 50μm thick or extremely narrow slits. In order to make delicate cutting a reality, in our design we considered the growth of the cutter axis when it's temperature rises and therefore have been able to answer the demands of high cutting quality.
Merit
- The cutter axis actualizes the precision of the μm order.
- The control unit adapts to electricity and oil pressure thanks to our company's own automatic system.
- The real time monitor of the tension and drive system adjusts to the cutting material's weight and length.
- The loop less compact design in which the place of installation has not been chosen and pits are not needed.
- Scrap processing that would affect quality is loaded using our company's own dancer mechanism.
- For vibration and noise reduction a silent driving belt system has been adopted.
